Whatever your design needs – a vacation rental that needs an inventory list, a luxury commercial property, the new build for your dream home, a full home renovations requiring storage assistance, or a simple decor and furniture refresh – we approach each of our projects with our same concierge-level service, signature style, and focus on creating functional, beautiful spaces worthy of your investment. We're experienced in managing projects in any location, with clients ranging from the greater Los Angeles area to Park City, Utah, and around the country.
No matter the size or scope of the project, we believe communication is key, which is why we provide step-by-step onboarding packets to all of our clients as well as schedule weekly touch base meetings to keep everyone informed and on the same page.
After inquiry, we offer a complimentary 20 minute phone consultation, which we follow up with our investment guide. We then schedule an extended design consultation, which you can learn more about below, and present an official contract, customized for the needs of your individual project.
Then the design process begins. The first phase involves collecting information from about the way you live and your personal aesthetic, which we translate into inspired designs, presented as renderings with material and finish selections to bring that vision to life. Once these are approved, we begin the process of procuring, receiving, and ordering all items while simultaneously project managing any contractors or builders, in the case of full service design. The final phase is installation and styling, where we ensure each item finds its home, adding to the beauty, flow, and function of the space.
